Member Responsibilities
- To play in assigned tee times, a player must enter sweeps.
- Sign-in slips and sweeps money must be deposited by completion of the first nine holes.
- Players should check in at the Pro Shop 20 minutes before assigned tee time and be on the tee 5 minutes before tee time.
- Upon completion of game, two score cards must be turned in as quickly as possible. Each player must attest her score by signing the card.
- Anyone not playing in a scheduled major tournament must follow the field.
- Please call the Pro Shop to cancel if you can't make it to your assigned tee time due to illness, bad weather, etc.
- Slower groups must allow following groups to play through or penalties may be assessed.
- With the exception of major tournament days, players shall be allowed to reserve tee times in person or by telephone two weeks in advance, for themselves and/or their foursome only. Players present in the Pro Shop shall take precedence over phone calls.
- A minimum of eight 18-hole or sixteen 9-hole play days (Tues., Wed., Thurs., or Weekender) must be played within the period beginning the week following the most recent Championship and ending one week prior to the next Championship to enter the Club Championship tournament. To enter the Senior Championship, a minimum of five 18-hole or ten 9-hole play days (Tues., Wed., Thurs., or Weekender) must be played within the period beginning the week following the most recent Championship and ending one week prior to the next Championship to enter the Club Championship tournament.
